This GRACE, my Dad's youngest sister, was born 10 November, 1885, the daughter of ROBERT (BUD) and ALICE ELIZABETH McMANIS MADDEN. Since my Mother was also a 'GRACE MADDEN', my Dad's sister was known as Big Grace and my Mother as Little Grace.

To make it even more confusing, Aunt Grace married my Mother's Uncle FRANK MADDEN, my Grandfather Joshua's youngest brother. Grace and Frank had seven children: four daughters and three sons. Uncle Frank died young, so I don't remember him, but Aunt Grace's family was very special to me.
