| John and Frank were first cousins, Frank being the son of ELI and NORAH / NORA MADDEN CLEM. Nora was my Grandfather Joshua Madden's sister, and she and her family moved to Washington State in 1903 where they homesteaded. Frank was born 21 March, 1890, and I would guess these two handsome young men were about 20 years old when this picture was taken. |
