LEO married LURETTA   MOHR in January, 1931, but they had no children. Leo was a farmer, and was good to all his nieces and nephews --as well as to me.

NOTE: This sequence of four photos (#15 - #18) shows the children of LEONARD and ADELIA MURPHY MADDEN. LEONARD was the son of GEORGE and ADALINE KINSER MADDEN, my Grandfather JOHSUA'S oldest brother. LEONARD and DELIA (as she was called) lived across the field from my family, and the children spent a great deal of time with them.When I say "my family", I'm speaking of my Mother's Mother, OPHELIA BLISS MADDEN, and her children: JOHN, LUTHER, GORDON (TOM), NONIE, and RUTH, all of whom never married. Leonard's children have told me of many happy times spent with my family. They are all deceased now.
