This photo was provided by Lois Weis of Afton, Iowa, after much nagging from me. (Lois is mother to my brother Mark's wife Teresa.)

Like so many other folks I've met in my Agnew sojourn Lois is one of those people who seems to know everybody in the county. (Everybody that is, except for one of her own ancestors.)

Eventually I hope to have a better quality scan of this dear little moppet, as well as her story. I confess I have a particularly soft spot for all such children as this: unamed and unknown as they are. I call them "Agnew Orphans."
